Twitter reacts after Lewis Hamilton deletes Imola post
This year Mercedes faces the daunting task of putting up with not being No.1. While initially when they claimed that the car has no pace, we all thought they were sandbagging. Turns out, they weren’t! An Alpha Tauri kept behind their star driver, Lewis Hamilton, for the whole Imola race this weekend. But the worst part is that while Hamilton was P13, his teammate managed a P4 in the same car. So, what’s going on?
DIVE DEEPER
Lewis wasn’t going to get away with the trolling after getting lapped by Max Verstappen at Imola. As surprising as it is, it did happen! In a post sprint race Instagram post, Lewis confidently said: “Today is just one of those “it is what it is” days. Tomorrow will be better. A lot of points up for grabs this weekend, we’re going to give it everything.”
But the weekend did not turn out any better as Lewis faced his worst nightmare, and this post faced obvious trolling resulting in Hamilton deleting it. Twitter has now reacted to Hamilton’s frustration and the post-removal saga.

If Max got on twitter to check how his fans feel about his win in Imola all he’d see is them talking about Lewis lmao.
Tweet about the drivers in your bio once in a while I beg.

Bad days for Mercedes
This is obviously not what we see Hamilton doing on regular race days. A bad race for him was like: P2 or P3, however, this year’s start has proven to be very bad for him. If Mercedes does not turn this around or find a way out, it will be bad. It will reduce the British team to a midfield dragger, and that will add more injury to Hamilton’s tumultuous start.
